The IP is being blocked while working with FTP. What can I do?

Most likely the passive mode is already enabled in your FTP settings.
To disable it, please do the following (see an example with
FILEZILLA):
Go to your FTP client settings.
1. Please choose 'FTP' tab.
2. In connection mode choose 'PASSIVE MODE'.
3. Also please untick 'ALLOW FALL BACK TO OTHER TRANSFER ON FAILURE'.
Mode activation in TOTAL COMMANDER:
Create new connection via FTP and enable 'PASSIVE MODE' while
creating.
