What is Support PIN?
Support PIN is a unique number assigned to your profile within one month of visiting the Support PIN settings page. To verify ownership of your profile, provide this PIN to our support team.
How do I find out the Support PIN?
You can find out the support PIN code as follows:
Log in into your client area via the link.
In the top left corner you can see your support PIN.
How do I generate the Support PIN?
You can also generate your support PIN. To do this, click "Generate New PIN".
